”The spiritual life is to be pursued as though NO spiritual life exists because it is not really a separate life — Only ONE Life exists, and that is from God which is given to us moment to moment.”
Christianity — Deconstruction and Reconstruction surrounding CHAOS
Chaos — a cause of instability and PAIN: Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual
General Pain — 3 Types :
Burns, cuts, lacerations — damage to organs, muscles, bones, etc.
Inflammation — swelling, throbbing, etc.
Neuropathy — excessive and abnormal sensitivity: magnifies ordinary sensory outputs and converts them into pain
External Energy used for relief; Massage therapy, Sonic Heat, Hydro-thermal
Emotional and Spiritual Neuropathy – constant emotional pain, lacking peace in their minds and hearts
John 14: 27 Jesus’ peace
Restores to ONENES
Single-minded focus
Clears confusion
Stability
“World’s” peace — lack of conflict
James 1:8 — “A double-minded man is UNSTABLE in all of his ways.”
We need to be filled with His goodness consistently. When we rest, He removes anything that is detrimental to HIS character. HIS Rest causes is to feel satisfied, nourished, and restored from the inside out. REFRESHED, REFILLED, REVIVED, RENEWED, REJUVENATED, REPLENISHED IN HIS PRESENCE: RESTING. Resting in His Grace changes our viewing platform and our perspective. REST IS A GIFT FROM GOD that we need to take care of our spirits, souls and bodies. -Saundra Deltona Smith MD. SACRED REST
Some ways to come into rest:
BODY – MIND – EMOTIONS – WILL – SPIRIT Rest in Your Identity as ACCEPTED IN THE BELOVED.
“A wounded spirit who can bear?” PROVERBS 18:14b(KJV)
GOD CAN HEAL THIS. GOD CAN HEAL ANYTHING.
“SPIRIT-MAN, ALIGNED WITH GOD, WALKING IN RHYTHM WITH HIM IN AUTHENTIC TRUTH, WILL RESULT IN HEALING AND ACCEPTANCE IN EVERY PART OF OUR BEING.” -Pastor Marie

COME TO GOD. GET RESTED IN HIS PRESENCE.
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS, for My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.”
Mark 6:31 Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “COME WITH ME BY YOURSELVES TO A QUIET PLACE AND GET SOME REST.”
When we rest, we synchronize with God. Our natural circadian rhythm will reset in harmony with Him.
Exodus 33:14- My Presence shall go with you, AND I WILL GIVE YOU REST.
Nu’ach: to rest, settle down, be soothed or quieted; to be secure; to be still; to dwell peacefully.
Ephesians 3:14-17(TPT) “So I kneel humbly in awe before the Father of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah, the perfect Father of every father and child in heaven and on the earth. And I pray that he will unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power. Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and THE RESTING PLACE OF HIS LOVE will become the very source and root of your life.”
A Sure Hope: Keep Your Hope in View: moving forward
WE at RCF are continuing to move on to deeper Truth. Hebrew means “those who crossed over.” We have passed from shadows to substance and from doubt to the reality of faith.
This is the message of Hebrews 6. It reads: Verse 1: Now is the time for us to progress beyond the basic message of Christ and ADVANCE INTO PERFECTION. The foundation has already been laid for us to build on. Verse 3: so, with God’s enablement, we will move on to deeper truths.
Heb 6 verse 11-12 reads: “We long to see you passionately advance until the end and you find your hope fulfilled. So don’t allow your hearts to grow dull or lose your enthusiasm but follow the example of those who fully received what God has promised because of their faith and patient endurance.” Heb 9:12 God’s Promise of eternal blessing is given on the basis of faith in the saving blood of His Son, Jesus Christ. He has paid the ransom forever. Heb 10:35-36, this is the Promise of a new covenant and a new creation life. Another name for testing is proving and advancing. We go from glory to glory, but there is suffering involved and walking through. Heb 6:19 Heb 6:19-2AN UNSHAKEABLE HOPE! Heb 6:18 Jesus is the trailblazer [the Forerunner], and He blazed a trail for us to enter into this sacred chamber and seize the hope that has been already fulfilled in His eyes… to have a company of king-priests who will dwell with him in the holiest of holies and minister from there out to the nations of the earth… LIVING IN THE KINGDOM REALM DISPLAYING HIS GLORY. In Hebrews 6:15-17, Abraham waited patiently in faith and succeeded in seeing the Promise fulfilled. God swore an oath added to His Promise to confirm his statement and end all disputes. He wanted to end all doubt and confirm it even more forcefully to those who would inherit his promises. Let’s look at Abraham for a minute. In Genesis 13, Genesis 14, Abram goes to war and wins against four enemy kings, recovering his nephew Lot. He would take none of the spoils from the enemy. In Genesis 15, as a result, because of Abram’s integrity and actions, God called him and said Fear Not! I will be Your Faithful Shield and Your Abundant Reward. Abraham did not go to the enemy or the world for his supply but trusted God. We can receive this word from our God as well; He WILL BE OUR FAITHFUL SHIELD AND OUR ABUNDANT REWARD as we remain faithful to Him trusting Him in our lives.
God gave Abram instructions to set up an altar to make a blood sacrifice. Abraham obeyed. God showed up. Genesis 22 brings us to the testing of Abraham. He was instructed to sacrifice his only son Isaac on the altar on Mount Moriah. Abraham heard God and obeyed Him. Testing means proving and also signifies an elevated banner. God allows us to see ourselves when we are in a difficult situation and shows us Who He is.
God had provided Isaac miraculously. He also provided for Abraham, the ram in the thicket for the sacrifice. Abraham made the altar on Mount Moriah, which means “chosen by Yahweh” and comes from a root word meaning “vision or sight.”
WE are called to our own Mount Moriah being chosen by Yahweh and see. He’s the HOPE THAT HOLDS US… A SECURE ANCHOR.
Hebrews 6:13-19 19 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, 20 where the Forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever.” We are Safe and Secure- Psalm 91
The quiet, descending, ascending, all-enveloping, all-encompassing peace that covers my soul in the time when His holy Presence fills the room, blanketing me with a holy hush.
When The Holy Spirit enters my dwelling, and my eternal, internal dwelling as well as the room I am in, with His calming Presence, GRACE UPON GRACE. He touches my soul, heals my body, fills my spirit, and continues filling me with the all-encompassing love that is His very nature. There is nothing quite like it.
I found unspeakable joy
My heart slows, and my breath stills, as His very sacred breath falls in rhythm with mine, calming my heart, assuring me that keeping me safe is His priority, with reassuring murmurs of His cascading waves of glory- He stills my soul.
I recall four specific times recently when I experienced His Holy Hush entering my circumstances.
When I was in the operating room having my eye fixed, He met me right there and enveloped me in His grace to remain still.
My husband opened the door to our room with a beautifully displayed, absolutely delicious lunch he had prepared for me. It was such a gift of love. I thanked God;
after lying in bed for two days and nights on my back with my chin elevated. I was able to lay on my side: finished. God came into my room and enfolded me into His arms, and I was totally immersed in His ever-present loving embrace. Cocooned in Him.
I looked out the front door and saw all the buds on the trees and the shoots from the bulbs I had planted springing up with the promise of beautiful flowers.
He met me in all those moments right where I was. I worshiped, so grateful. They were life-changing moments.
TO YOU belongs silence (the submissive wonder of reverence which bursts forth into praise), and praise is due and fitting to You, O God, in Zion; and to You shall the vow be performed. Psalm 65:1 In the kingdom of grace (v. 1), hearing prayer (v. 2) pardoning sin (v. 3) satisfying our souls as a people (v. 4), protecting and supporting us (v. 5) In the kingdom of the earth fixing the mountains (v. 6) calming the sea (v. 7) preserving the regular succession of day and night (v. 8) making the earth fruitful (v. 9-13).
Sing His Praises and Stand in Silence: bowing in humble gratitude and awe: we bow down low hearing the holy HUSH. Listening to the eternal involves a silence within us. Communion and contentment.
There’s a Place – Leonard Jones There’s a Place, In my heart, Where I worship, where I praise Lord, it’s only for You There’s a Room, pure and white and you know it’s holy, holy, Lord, it’s only for You. There’s a Hope, in my heart, no one else gives, no one has, it comes only from You There’s a song that I sing, No one else knows, no one hears, Lord, it’s only for You.
— God saves us so He can transform us! — Transformation = CHANGE — Humility allows us the capacity to recognize what needs to be changed
— F. Frangipane — “Humility is the spiritual capacity that enables us to perceive our need.”
— James 4:6 – ”God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.” — God resists the proud because the proud resist God. — Humility must be “put on.” (Colossians 3:12) through consistent and conscious decisions and actions. — Spiritual Humility is a created attribute of a character that is formed in us through a deepening relationship with God practiced consistently — Humility — the greatest virtue in heaven -(Matthew 18:4) — No other virtue can enter our lives except humility requests it to come. — Saul of Tarsus — considered himself “blameless before God” before his conversion. — His meeting with Jesus devastated that opinion of himself. — When we meet Jesus along our road, He will “DE-MASK-US” as well — “Humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God–” (1 Peter 5:6) — Every time we embrace MEEKNESS/Teachableness, we are embracing Sustained Transformation. — “Learn of Me, for I am MEEK and lowly of heart.” –(Matthew 11:29) –” Learn” of Jesus in order to understand the power of His Humility
— Philippians 2:5-8 — Zephaniah 3:11-12
— Grace – not only unmerited favor but also the power to do what we cannot do by ourselves.
God gave you a present in Christ- you have to receive it, unwrap it, read the directions and use it well.
“They that wait for Yahweh’s grace will receive His divine power.” Isaiah 40:31
“So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.” (Romans 11:5 NIV) … for God’s grace empowers his chosen remnant. [a small believing minority]
I find the real Christian life to be an exciting adventure and journey into MORE.
WE NEED TO CONTEND.
CONTEND- WRESTLE, BATTLE, CLAIM SOMETHING THAT IS TRUE. STRUGGLE TO SURMOUNT. [overcome (a difficulty or obstacle). conquer-triumph over- vanquish- stand or be placed on top of.
We need to contend with faith and authority
“Through faith and patience, we inherit the promises.” Hebrews 6:12
WE NEED TO BREAKTHROUGH THE LIES AND BONDAGES FOR OUR LIVES SO THAT WE CAN LIVE IN PEACE AND PROSPERITY AND HAVE OUR NEEDS MET BY GOD HIMSELF.
6 TRUTHS that we can stand on as launching pads to start from to assure us victory in every battle. If we enter His GATES WITH THANKSGIVING AND PRAISE, HUMBLY WORSHIPPING THE KING OF GLORY… we can launch our victory from there.
1. KNOW Your identity In Christ
I Peter 2:9 – Romans 8:17 -Ephesians 2:6 –
Ephesians 1:18-19 – flooded with light, called, and an advertisement of His immense power as it works through us.
Isaiah 62:12 – Revelation 19:14 – You are His Bridal army wearing His garments of praise, humility, righteousness, salvation, and love.
2. KNOW the love and character of Father God
This builds a well of trust as we continue to grow and mature. it gets deeper- a well of salvation
2 Tim 1:12 Know Whom you have believed.
Eph 1:17 – God has promised that He will give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.
3. USE the keys God has given you.
Matthew 16:18-19 – the church is built on the Truth of Who He is – and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. You have the keys of the kingdom – to forbid on earth that which is forbidden in heaven and to release on earth that which is released in heaven. [bind or loose]We are not defensive -but OFFENSIVE
4. Know that your weapons are supernatural- not natural –
2 Corinthians 10:4-6 – Weapons of our warfare are mighty in God energized with divine power. We can effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide and demolish every fantasy that opposes God.
THERE IS A POWER, SO OVERWHELMING, ALL OF CREATION, BOWS TO ITS NAME.

5. A significant part of the Abrahamic blessing that we step into as people of faith is possessing the gate of our enemies.
Genesis 22:16-17
6. LAST…OUR Faith is what we exercise to possess our gates.
Faith comes through what we have heard. Romans 10:17
“Through faith and patience, we inherit the promises.” Hebrews 6:12
FAITH IS THE KEY [faith in GOD]
I pray for an impartation of faith, fresh vision with new eyes – new grace and an enlarged vision with heavens’ perspective.
Again, receive a personal awakening in the knowledge of your keys and tools given by God and learn how to use them from the Holy Spirit. Enter the kingdom and walk in empowered living.
RISE UP, GO IN, AND POSSESS YOUR GATES INTO YOUR GOD GIVEN DESTINY.
Zechariah 4:6 – “Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit says the Lord of hosts.”
Might – Strength by FORCE – physical stamina
Power – Capacity or ability: physical, emotional, spiritual
Philippians 2:13 – “…for it is God who works in you, both to will and to do for His good pleasure.”
All that is gained spiritually comes only from God’s inspiration and empowerment.
