When Jesus was baptized, the new heavens were opened up to Him inaugurating this era of an open heaven through Christ for us. Then when He ascended, Jesus opened the door for us to enter the throne room and have audience with the Ancient of Days. Jesus sat down at the right hand of God: always to make intercession for us. His journey is one we are to follow.
Acts 1:2-3 Then Jesus told them to wait in Jerusalem until the received the Gift: the baptism in the Holy Spirit and filled with power to be His witnesses. THEN HIS VISIBLE PRESENCE ASCENDED This happened on Pentecost. It is still happening now, Holy Spirit is the One Who teaches us about Jesus, the Christ. He unfolds the truth about who Jesus is and who we are to become just like He did with the earlier disciples. To worship, bowing down low, studying His Word, spending time with Him, praying the effectual fervent prayers for the lost in agreement with Holy Spirit and Jesus, WE DISPLAY HIS GLORY IN OUR LIVES THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT. When WE PROCLAIM WHO HE IS, it intimidates the enemy. WHEN WE PROCLAIM WHO WE ARE in Him, it destroys the enemy. Isaiah 60:1-4 THIS IS WHY WE ASCEND. HE PAID THE PRICE FOR US TO SHINE. LET’S DO IT!
