  2. Do not judge -Matthew 7:1-2
  3. Take heed of the laws of sowing and reaping -Galatians 6:8
  4. Consider that we become what we judge in others -Romans 2:1

SIMPLE SOLUTION

  1. Identify the painful emotions associated with a particular event if the emotion you feel is sinful, ask God to forgive you, and receive His forgiveness
  2. Ask Jesus to take the painful emotions from you, and perhaps replace it.
  3. Ask Him to heal the wound in your soul caused by it.

It’s not why, it’s how it a particular event affected you.
