Ascension Day – a reminder to us of Jesus’ complete and total victory over evil.

The final and fatal blow to satan’s power over the Earth — a memorial of the Lion’s conquest of the Dragon !

Something they will BECOME not something they will DO:

A witness OF Him not FOR Him.

Philippians 4:19  – His riches encompass all of creation, so there is nothing needed that He can’t supply!

3) Wellness of being; spirit, soul & body

Lectio Divina  – “Divine Reading” – To receive revelation divinely

Entering a Contemplative Space

1) Come to stillness

2) Acknowledge God’s Presence

3) Review the day with gratitude

4) Pay attention to your emotions and give them to God

5) Tune to spontaneity – notice what comes up

6) Listen and record what God says to you without first trying to reason it out.
