N.T. Confession — About becoming TRUE people

Penance – is a restorative blessing, not a payment

1 John 1:7 — Walk in the light not according to the light.
Colossians 3:1-2 (Passion) — His resurrection is our resurrection too!

1 John 1 — spoken to the Gnostics who were unbelievers
1 John 2 — spoken to believers — “My dear little children — “

2 Corinthians 5:14 — “The love of Christ constrains (CONTROLS) me–”

"His love keeps us in the light b/c He IS the LIGHT!  --- PR

Romans 8:35-39 — NOTHING can separate us from His love.

1 John 1:7 — “Cleanses” — a present and continuous action.

1 Corinthians 11:27-30 — an “unworthy manner”
— not the state of sin but of not discerning that Jesus has borne our judgment already.

Holy Communion — the REMEDY we need for our sin.

Matthew 9:2-7 — paralytic man — “Your sins are forgiven — rise and walk”
— Faith from forgiveness.

“Repairers of the Breach” – have to LIVE the Good News in order to dispel the effects of the “Bad News!”

Isaiah 49:8-9 (NKJV & Amp) — “Come to the LIght of the Sun (SON) of Righteousness”
